Description :

  1. Created and managed email distribution lists, managed users and added/removed users to/from email groups, exported/imported pst files using exchange admin center in exchange 2013.
  2. Created user accounts, edited user account information, reset user passwords and removed access to the network utilizing active directory.
  3. Enabled forwarding of user emails to the desired person using Microsoft Exchange admin center. Managed user mailbox size and increased mailbox size using Microsoft Exchange admin center.
  4. Removed users from Lync email listing using Microsoft Lync server 2013.
