The City of Windhoek has increased their fees for the application of Building Compliances as from 1 July 2021 as follows:
1 | Building Compliance Certificate per inspection in residential areas designated for LOW income housing such as Otjomuise, Katutura, Goreangab, Havana etc.
Cost per application: N$ 161-70
2 | Building Compliance Certificate per inspection in residential areas designated for MIDDLE income housing such as Cimbebasia, Khomasdal, Dorado Park & Rocky Crest.
Cost per application: N$ 805-35
3 | Building Compliance Certificate per inspection in residential areas designated for HIGH income housing such as Klein Windhoek, Kleine Kuppe,Windhoek, Elisenheim, Pionierspark, Academia, Hochlandpark, Erospark etc.
Cost per application: N$ 1035-35
4 | Building Compliance Certificate per inspection in all BUSINESS areas such as Prosperita, Lafrenz etc.
Cost per application: N$ 1610-35
5 | Building Compliance Certificate per inspection on all FARMS situated within the Local Authority Area.
Cost per application: N$ 2760-00
